The setup fee covers building and deploying your custom website, connecting your domain, activating your free SSL certificate (https://), setting up your Google Business Profile, and onboarding you as a client. It's paid once, at launch.

After 6 months it goes month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days notice at any time. No cancellation fees. Most clients stay because the value is obvious — a well-maintained website keeps working for them every month.

Most standard sites are completed within 1 week depending on complexity and how quickly you provide content (text, photos, etc.). I keep you updated throughout and won't launch until you're 100% satisfied with the result.

Page builders like WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace add enormous amounts of unnecessary code, which slows your site down considerably. Slow sites rank lower on Google and lose impatient visitors. Hand-coded websites are lean, fast, and precisely built for your brand — giving you a real competitive advantage in local search results.

I'll send you a short questionnaire. I need basic info about your business, any photos or a logo you have, and a feel for your style preferences. I handle everything else — structure, design, content layout, and deployment. No photos? I can use professional stock images that match your brand.

You own your domain name, content, and Google Business Profile. The design and code are licensed to you while you're on the plan. If you ever want to move your site somewhere else, your domain goes with you — no lock-in, ever.

That's what the monthly plan is for. Need to update your hours, swap a photo, add a menu item? Just text or email me and it's done — usually same day. You'll never be stuck with outdated information on your site.

Every site includes on-page SEO basics — proper meta tags, fast load times, mobile optimization, and Google Business Profile integration. This gives you the foundation to rank locally. Google rankings take 3–6 months to build but you'll start from a strong foundation. More aggressive SEO is available as an add-on.
